Stage 1 – Screening (Application & CV)
Purpose: Quickly determine fit for the role and basic requirements based on the CV/portfolio.
Process
- Applications are reviewed by HR.
- CV, cover letter, and portfolio (if any) are evaluated.
- Role fit (position, experience, work model) is checked.

Stage 2 – HR Interview
Purpose: Understand the candidate’s motivation, communication, and culture add.
Process
- Candidates passing screening are invited to an HR interview (online/on-site).
- Introductions, expectations, work style, and culture fit are discussed.

- Motivation & career goals
- Culture & team fit
Stage 3 – Technical / Case Interview
Purpose: Assess role-specific technical skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
Process
- Case study, live coding, or a take-home assignment with the technical team.

- Depth of technical knowledge
- Problem-solving approach
- System/solution design
- Collaboration skills
Stage 4 – References & Offer / Onboarding Docs
For candidates who complete the interviews successfully, reference checks are conducted and an offer is extended with compensation and benefits details.
Process
- Reference verification and final assessment.
- Offer communication and clarification of terms.
- Upon acceptance, onboarding documents and start date planning.
