Stage 1 – Task Assignment
Purpose: To evaluate the candidate’s problem-solving skills, research ability, and discipline in completing the given task on time.
Process
- After the application is accepted, the task is sent to the candidate via email.
- The delivery time is clearly stated at the beginning (e.g., 3 days).
- The candidate completes the task within the specified period.
- Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

Stage 2 – General Interview
Purpose: To assess the candidate’s personal characteristics, communication skills, and adaptation to the company culture.
Process
- Candidates who successfully complete the task are invited to an interview.
- The interview can be conducted online or face-to-face.
- During the interview, self-introduction, goals, teamwork, and motivation are evaluated.

Stage 3 – Technical Interview
Purpose: To measure technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and practical application skills.
Process
- Conducted with the technical team.
- May include coding, case analysis, or hands-on tasks.

Internship Document Submission
Candidates who successfully complete the 3rd stage are informed via email. The document delivery and signature process is completed at this stage.
Process
- Documents must be submitted at least 15 days before the internship starts.
- For approvals near completion, the engineer must be informed at least 15 days in advance.
